I retain the right to publish commissioned work on my portfolios and socials unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) has been discussed beforehand. This includes recording progress videos and streaming.

I retain the right to decline any commission request for any reason.

All information exchanged during commission transactions will be kept private and confidential.

Commissions will not be on a first-come, first-serve basis. I will be selecting which commissions I'll accept per batch.

References / Design Sheets or even detailed moodboards are required to be used as basis. Requests without proper details or explanation will be declined.

Prices are final and non-negotiable. Please do not haggle or ask for discounts after I send the final quotation.

I do not support NFTs or any block-chain related technology. The usage of any commissioned work for these reasons is strictly prohibited.

Payment is required upfront before I start the commission.

All requests will go through my official Gank listings.

All prices are in USD and payment options can be found through my Gank listing upon the booking of my service. External transactions will have fees applied, please message me beforehand to discuss payment arrangements.

All prices posted are only base prices and are subject to change upon final quote.

Rushed commissions with deadlines will be charged an extra $50 fee on top of the final quote. This is non-negotiable.

For orders equal to or above $200, partial payments are allowed. A 50% downpayment is required to reserve your slot and start the order. The remaining balance is due before the turnover of the final product.

Commissioned piece is nearing completion or is already finished.

There has been no contact from the commissioner for (1) month even after constant notice.

(2) Free revisions are allowed during the sketch phase only.

Revisions during Lineart / Rendering will be charged $20 per revision. Make sure to give your feedback altogether to avoid incurring additional fees.

Use the piece on your social media platforms such as Twitch, Twitter, etc.

Use the piece for any commercial purposes such as printing, merchandise, advertisements, or promotional use.

Redistribute my work to public domains or resell my work for others to use.

Edit/Alter my work, remove my watermark, or have another artist edit it without my written consent.

Distribute printed/physical copies of the piece.

Sell merchandise using the piece.

Use the piece for paid advertisements.

Use the piece for any promotional purpose.
